As the Parts Sales Counterperson you will succeed in the following:

- Assist customers with finding the right parts for their vehickles.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our parts inventory.
- Process orders and returned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships .
- Provide exceptional customer service and support at all times.
- Contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Deliver parts as needed/if needed.
Educational/Experience required:
- High School diploma
- One plus year of experience in auto parts sales
- Clean driving record
