Service Warranty Assistant

The Service warranty assistant will perform various routine clerical duties regarding moto vehicles in support of the service location. 

These clerical duties will consist of answering phones, directing calls and preparing messages; data entry, filing, and completion of simple forms. Operation of standard office machines providing customer service, scheduling service orders, and submission of warranty claims for service orders and customers. Processing payments and billing, providing status updates, communication with service manager, technicians, and salesmen on units. The service warranty assistant will locate parts and add to service orders; communicate with parts departments. Communication to the appropriate offices regarding warranty includes Virginia and West Virginia locations.

Skills abilities to help you succeed in this role:
Knowledge of warranty and service orders is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal and customer service. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. 

What we'd like you to have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Warranty experience

Physically you are sitting for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. You must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
